SDF Involvement:

SDF makes regular visits to Shanti Niketan, undertaking a comprehensive approach to enhance both the infrastructure and the residents' experiences. Some of the notable contributions include:

Donating a washing machine, facilitating the residents' laundry needs and improving their convenience.
Installing mosquito nets on all windows and creating netted doors to shield the residents from mosquito presence and safeguard their well-being.
Engaging with the residents in enjoyable activities like singing and dancing, providing them with moments of happiness.
Creating a nurturing environment that encourages residents to express their emotions and discuss their challenges openly.
Donating essential items such as crockery, cutlery, bed linen, pillows, blankets, and towels, ensuring their comfort and convenience.
Contributing to the residents' sustenance by donating food supplies.
